In Mumbai, one of the most densely populated cities on Earth—with over 15 million people in just 603 sq. km—we executed one of our most challenging TBM deliveries. Narrow roads, relentless traffic, and urban constraints couldn’t stop us.

We tackled the mission head-on with multiple comprehensive route surveys, followed by a real-time mock drill using a 12-axle hydraulic trailer fitted with a custom frame simulating the TBM’s massive dimensions. This ensured seamless handling of the heaviest TBM component—a staggering 162 MT with a 6.63-meter diameter.
